Spring Whidbey Island Weekend Retreat with Jess and Siri

Dear friends,
We are excited to announce our annual northwest style spring yoga retreat!  Our retreats are truly a labor of love for us, weekends that are near and dear to our hearts.  We hope for them to be as nourishing and accessible to all our yogi participants as they are to us!

Location: A beautiful private retreat space near the Whidbey Institute on south Whidbey Island

Dates: Friday afternoon/evening, April 29th- Sunday midday, May 1st

Cost: Sliding scale! We understand that everybody's financial situations are different, and we want to accomodate that, yoga should be assessible regardless.  If you pay on the lower end of the scale, we just ask for help around the retreat with meal prep, and clean up.

$200--for smaller incomes (students, unemployed, in debt, etc)
$250-non-profit folks, teachers, etc
$300-you make a comfortable income and can pay this rate to help support an inclusive retreat!

(All rates cover seven healthy meals, two nights shared accommodation or camping, creative yoga classes and access to beautiful natural facilities nearby.)

Sleeping: You will have the option to camp on the property or to sleep in the center itself. Some mats/cots can be provided, but most will have to bring their own bedding and mats.

Meals: Fresh, healthy, organic vegetarian meals and snacks prepared on site. Tea and coffee available all day.

Yoga: We will be offering 6-7 Hatha yoga classes over the weekend, with slight variations in style and a broad offering of modifications for different skill levels. Our classes place strong emphasis on pranayama (breathwork) and meditation in addition to asana (posture) practice. We'll throw in a little kirtan singing and partner yoga as well!

Additional details: We have found this place to be a incredible space for cultivating intimacy, self-reflection, and community. There are campsites around the property and plenty of space in the yoga hall for participants to sleep. There are inside and outside showers, a garden, a nearby forest trail, and a fully-equipped kitchen which you will be free to use at any time. You are also welcome to stay off-site and pay a reduced cost for the retreat.

To Register: Head to our registration page, or this link to our registration page.  Payment details are there as well.  Feel free to contact us with questions or concerns at samyakseattle@gmail.com!

We are looking to spending a lovely Spring retreat in a place that we love!

Blessings in this New Year!  Jess and Siri
